We are currently looking for individuals to join a busy and exciting team within the Visa Disputes team with our client; Nationwide Building Society.

About the role:

Three Month temporary contract

£8.45 per hour

In the Visa Disputes team, customers will be contacting you to let you know that they do not recognise a transaction on their account which has been paid for via their debit card. The job is to investigate these cases whilst giving the fairest and best customer outcome while abiding to VISA rules. You will need to make decisions based on your investigation, some of which can carry a risk of high losses should it not be acted upon accordingly so attention to detail is essential.

You will need to be able to deal with difficult conversations, confident with conflict and being able to spot if a customer is telling the truth or not with the information provided. As well as this, it will be high targets with processing your work off the back of phone calls.

The ideal candidate:

Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Will be a team player, but will also be comfortable to work on tasks independently
Will be hard working with a proactive approach to work
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is desirable
Will have previous customer service experience
Some knowledge of Visa disputes/recoveries would be ideal
Will have data entry skills
