Technical Support Advisor – Luton – up to £27,000 per annum plus bonus and company benefits

C&D are proudly working in partnership with a specialised organisation who operate all over Europe.

Due to grown, they now require a Technical Support Advisor to join the team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer technical issues via telephone and advising them on the appropriate resolution
  • Processing all service call notifications accordingly onto the system
  • Continuously analysing product faults
  • Organising collection of warranty parts from authorised individuals. Ensuring part authenticity, faults and returning back to manufacturer.

In order to secure this position, you must have the following:

  • Have an electrical/mechanical qualification or certification
  • Have experience of dealing with customers
  • IT Literate, confident using systems and Microsoft applications including excel

It would be an advantage if you are a technically competent individual with previous hands on fault diagnosis and repair experience or previous technical/helpdesk experience.
