Southern Account Manager

We are working in partnership with a leading Bristol based company to recruit for a Southern Account Manager. Working for a flagship manufacturer, your role will be to create long-term and trusting relationships with their retailer network, and develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your specific responsibilities will include;

  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with retailers, connecting key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Preparing sales reports and promoting a two-way communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to the best advantage for all involved.
  • Suggest clear and timely solutions for successful delivery of our ongoing relationship.

Skills Required;

  • Ability to produce clear and coherent documentation.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative in a fast paced, and pressured environment.
  • Have effective time management, ne able to work to deadlines, and demonstrate acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft applications.

This is a full time and permanent role with a view to start as soon as possible. The role is fully on the road with occasional travel to the Bristol Head Office and includes a company car or car allowance.
