SALARY – £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + 10% bonus scheme, Pension, Medical scheme

Typical activities –

  • Provide operational advice and assistance across the full range of HR issues, including recruitment and selection procedures, discipline, grievance, organisational change, as well as advice on the interpretation of Company HR policy in compliance with Company and statutory requirements and best practice.

  • Support line managers ensuring an understanding of their business objectives and to ensure the adequate provision of HR support and advice as necessary to achieve those objectives, and manage any associated risks.

  • Ensure appropriate advice and support to managers in the management of their teams in compliance with Company policies and relevant employment law and best practice escalating any complex cases to the HR Manager.

  • Assist in the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes in all countries.

  • Support HR Manager to ensure pension and medical cover is accurate

  • Work with the HR Assistant on recruitment campaigns and facilitating assessment events

  • Assist the business in ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.

  • Applying for and processing visa applications for employees



  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice in HR related activities.

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.

  • The ability to communicate concisely, effectively and persuasively verbally and in writing.

  • A proven team-player: committed to working collaboratively and supportively with colleagues.

  • Able to develop effective and constructive working relationships at all levels and able to influence events, particularly at the senior management level.

  • The ability to deal effectively with rapid change and be comfortable adjusting and amending plans to accommodate new opportunities and respond to events.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Previous HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced environment



  • Experience of preparing visa applications for employees working overseas.

  • Experience of developing HR policies.

  • Experience of facilities support and Health and Safety compliance
