Inviting applications from Senior Administrators to work at our market-leading financial services client who operates a successful division in the highly lucrative vehicle fleet management sector.

Purpose of the role:

To update and maintain the contract terms so that the client is able to produce commercially informed calculations for contract amendments, extensions and early terminations.


  • This role is responsible for ensuring that all standard, public and customer specific terms for vehicle manufacturers are entered accurately into the client’s database within agreed timescales.
  • In addition, all new vehicles downloaded have correct terms loaded.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all suppliers, ensuring internal and external customers are fully supported.
  • Entering standard, public and customer specific terms for vehicle manufacturers into the required areas of the quoting database.
  • Updating the quote database with terms applicable for all new downloaded vehicles.


Key skills needed:

  • Elevated level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • In depth knowledge of vehicle manufacturing and fleet market.
  • Proactive and excellent prioritisation skills.
  • Effective business communication at all levels.
  • Self-confident, positive and enthusiastic.
  • A key team member and keen to be part of developing the Vehicle Pricing function into a reputable panel of experts.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to motivate, influence and inspire others to excel through high job performance and by providing appropriate levels of support and guidance.


  • Previous experience within the automotive and/or vehicle fleet sector or similar.
  • Experienced database manager.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel experience including VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Filtering, Sorting and Formatting.
