Sales Representatives

The C&D Group are acting as an employment business in regards to these roles in central London.

We’re looking for results-driven Sales Agents (Account Managers) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Are you experienced in sales and are looking for a new challenge? You will focus on building and maintaining your own client base of hair salons through telephone, email and visits in your area and throughout the UK.

Main Activities:

Sales and Account managing

  • Servicing existing accounts, orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential Salon owners/franchise/Extensionists/Bridals with the territory
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of Salon or Extensionists
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
  • Ad Hoc duties as required

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of Hair Extensions would be advantageous
  • Passion for Hair Extensions and Hair product is a MUST
  • Ability to use MS word/Excel/power point and company system (System training will be provided)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales, Beauty or Hair Extensions industry preferable but not essential
  • Network within the hair and beauty industry and an existing transferable client base is a strong plus
  • Experience working within international/national distribution and/or beauty and health supply environment preferable, but not essential
  • Understanding on UK Hair Salons desirable but not essential
  • Full time or Part time available
