The C&D Group are working in partnership with a Swindon based manufacturing company to recruit for a Sales Administrator. If you are a highly organised customer service professional, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company which is part of a larger organisation. This is a full time and permanent position based in Dorcan in Swindon.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be involved in a wide range of sales administration duties. 

Using your aptitude for customer data and excellent customer service skills, you will be responsible for calculating, producing and sending out basic quotations, order processing and general administration duties. You will also be tasked with problem solving and providing administration assistance to the technical sales teams. 

In addition, you will build strong working relationships with customers and handle all enquiries over the phone, requiring your strong communication and people skills.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Customer service experience
  • At a minimum, GCSEs including grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Familiarity and experience with sales administration
  • Strong Excel skills


Additionally, as a Sales Administrator, you must have some exposure to a technical environment, such as manufacturing, logistics or similar, or possess strong mathematical skills. A good team worker, you should also excel within a fast-paced environment.

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. There is some flexibility offered around working hours. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible for the successful applicant.
