Hours:                  09:00-17:00
Pay:                       £8.75



We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client; Nationwide Building Society, who are looking for individuals to join them in the position of Recoveries Administrator

About the Role

Within this role, you will be required to deal with customer accounts that have been passed onto a Debt Collection Agency and/or dealing with customers who are on a debt management plan. This role is 80% admin based as you will be managing accounts that are with a 3rd party (a debt collection agency). 20% of the role will be handling telephony queries from customers and speaking to them about their debt plan. This is a target driven role, so you must be able to adhere to these targets.

The ideal candidate

  • Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Will have the ability and the confidence to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Will have a high attention to detail
  • Must be able to show empathy whilst speaking with customers on the telephone
  • Will be a team player with a hardworking ethos
  • Previous experience in administration and a telephony based role would be advantageous
  • Customer services skills would be essential
