Due to high volume of business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Services Manager to join a team of residential property experts. Based in Royal Wootton Bassett, this is a brand new role working for a company within the property industry. Due to it being a unique role, direct previous property experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given. You will be working closely with the Sales Director and Operations Team Leader on a daily basis.

Duties will include;

  • Input case starts for all Part exchange, Assisted Move and Broker cases
  • Instruct estate agents to carry out market appraisals and chase return
  • Regularly update clients and customers on progress
  • Prepare sales reports, board reports, management sales reports and KPI reports in line with business requirements
  • Visit stock properties as required to expedite the sale of the property

For this role, you will need to demonstrate;

  • An inquisitive mind with the ability to fact find
  • Enjoy working with customers to build trust and strong relationships
  • Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
  • Possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday. The role comes with free parking and other benefits too.

This is a permanent role with a view to start as soon as possible.
