Job Title:  Project Administrator
Sector: Facility Operations
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire with some travel to client sites

Areas of Responsibility:
  • The Facilities Management Integrator Project Administrator is responsible for supporting and assisting the team across all aspects of the Facilities Management contract.
  • Gathering information on monthly KPI’s for each FM Supplier
  • Liaise with team on monthly KPI deadlines
  • Track and chase actions from meetings through to completion
  • Complete amendments and adjustments to project service solutions
  • Work with management team in the collation of regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Ownership of mobilisation chart updates where applicable
  • Liaison on updates to the risk register
  • Assisting with BCDR testing where appropriate
  • Ad hoc administrator duties as required
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Preferred
  • Demonstrates a systematic approach to tasks
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated team or individually as required
  • Ability to deal with all levels of management
  • Effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to produce accurate and timely reports
  • Good Word and Outlook skills
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and SharePoint
Desired:
  • Minute taking skills
  • Experienced with technical and administrative document control procedures
