Temporary – ongoing (possibility role will become permanent)

Salary £10 - £11/hour

Location: Swindon

Hours: 37/week Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 16:30 Friday 8:00 – 15:30

Position Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our client’s busy and growing business in Swindon. You will be responsible for providing many duties of support within the Educational trust sector.

Marketing and PR with administration skills to cover Executive Leadership Team are essential. Our client requires someone who can produce quality materials that are at board level and also for circulation to stakeholders. Writing skills must be at an extremely high quality due to the audiences they are being communicated to

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Public relations experience – Excellent written English. Grammar and spelling must be perfect.
  • Marketing experience
  • Time management skills. Able to manage a varied and demanding workload; experience of successfully managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also Access).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to plan, implement and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • PA experience
