Payment Processing Customer Administrator

  • Based at Optimus House, Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon
  • £8.75 per hour
  • Temporary position, starting ASAP for 3 Months
  • Working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday


We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Administrator to join a busy and exciting team with our client, Nationwide Building Society.

As a Customer Administrator you will be working in the payment processing team where you will be responsible for :-

  • Processing Direct Debit Indemnity process from start to finish
  • Investing members accounts to look for any unrecognized payments & processing refunds
  • You may also be required to liaise with members over the telephone to discuss progress of their case

We are looking for candidates with:-

  • Previous customer service & administration skills/experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Team Player
  • High attention to detail
