Onsite Service Recruiter

We are currently looking for an Onsite Service Recruiter to work on our clients site in Aston, Birmingham. 

Main Purpose Of Role:

To proactively and consistently deliver service excellence by identifying, attracting and sourcing candidates, suitable for successful placement within the C&D Group client base.

Reporting to: Operations Manager.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Placing suitable candidates that meet client requirements, in order to maximise revenue, whilst achieving company targets and objectives
  • Developing and managing candidate and client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Builds applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc
  • Working in partnership with the client to establish and forecast recruitment requirements in support of the Operations Manager
  • Conducting regular planning meetings and related actions in support of the Operations Manager
  • Manages the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal colleagues
  • Maximising the identification of sales opportunities and passing to the Operations Manager and Specialist Recruiters for conversion
  • Operate in harmony with other C&D business divisions
  • Resolving candidate and client issues promptly
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry
  • Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation
  • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
  • Understand and achieve agreed KPIs (bookings taken, placed etc)
  • Adhering to C&D Professional Codes of Practice and REC professional standards
  • Comply with company management systems, payroll, billing policies and procedures including accurate database management.
