C&D are recruiting for a Mobile IT Support Analyst to look after multiple locations. Working with new starters and established branches, the purpose of the role will be to ensure that all IT tools in use are working within the employee network. This will include the IT infrastructure, voice network, desktop systems, software and services. 

This is a permanent full-time role based in Swindon with frequent travel required to different locations within the company network.

Job responsibilities will include;

  • Plan and map out cabling & equipment for installations
  • Logging, diagnosing and fixing issues
  • Maintaining software and hardware in good working order
  • Managing the company systems and keeping them fully updated with new starters and leavers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the company's service

Skills & Qualifications required;

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the latest Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Good diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • A good understanding of the IT network infrastructure
  • Strong Excel skills

A basic knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET & MS SQL and an understanding of payment systems will be desirable for this role.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. This will alter when working away and there will be occasional overnight stay required.
