C&D are working in partnership with an automotive company to recruit for an Administrator with an element of Marketing. Based at their Head Office in Hampshire, this is a great opportunity to join the company and develop a fantastic career. This role consists of administration, marketing and social media so is an extremely varied role and one where two days will never be the same. Social media is a new venture for this business so it will be your job to get the ball rolling and help to promote the company positively through various channels.

Duties will include;

  • Responding to bookings and queries on the website
  • Arranging questionnaires, surveys and customer reviews
  • Customer contact, both over the telephone and face to face
  • Operating a customer booking system
  • Social media - running the company Facebook along with other media channels
  • Liaising with the I.T department to manage the company website

Candidates will need to have strong administration and customer service skills, with the desire to provide a high standard of work at all times.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
