C&D are urgently seeking a Manufacturing Administrator to join a successful caravan and motorhome retailer based in South Liberty Lane - Bristol.

 

As a Manufacturing Administrator your main duty will be to provide administrative support to the manufacturing department, as well as interfacing with other departments such as replenishment, health and safety and finance. This is a fast pace role and has a strong focus on working as part of a team and can often be demanding and involve multi-tasking.

 

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Collect specific data from production and produce daily reports
  • Ensure health and safety paperwork is kept up to date
  • Collating presentations and reports on behalf of managers
  • Attend meetings as a note taker
  • Manage the diary of the managers within the production department
  • Ordering new workwear and PPE for employees
  • Update, create and maintain production templates and forms
  • Complete the expenses forms for the production managers
  • Managing various special one-off projects

 

The right candidate for this role must have high level IT skills in Microsoft Office, as well as being able to type at least 40WPM. Good written and verbal communication skills, and being able to prioritise and manage time effectively is essential. You must also be able to work as part of a team in a manufacturing setting and have the ability to deal positively to change.

 

This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-12.30pm. This is a temp to perm role with a salary of £19,500 with an excellent benefit package, and is to start immediately.
