Location: Swindon 

Salary: £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30- 17:30 

We are working in partnership with a global facilities company to recruit for a Management Information and Reporting Co-ordinator. Reporting to the Lead Analyst, your core responsibility will be to gather information and report results using CAFM (facility management) systems. This is a permanent and full-time role based at their offices in Swindon.

The role will co-ordinate the provision of data to ensure correct actions are completed accordingly with suppliers.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the production of reports, plans and procedures in relation to Hard and Soft services in accordance with the contract requirements. You will also ensure that all services are undertaken in accordance with contract requirements and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.

Experience & Skills Required;

  • Good knowledge of Word packages including Excel to produce reports and service plans
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Good organisational skills
  • Hold or ability to hold security clearance
  • Experience of working within a Facility Management environment is desirable 

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.
