Working as part of the wider supply chain team, the main purpose of this role will be to provide analytical capability across all supply chain functions. There will be a strong emphasis on data analysis, interpretation and report writing to present key findings in a clear and concise format.

What does the role involve?

This role will be ideal for candidates who are keen to get involved with problem solving and dive in to detailed analysis to provide insight in to key areas of the business. The role will involve working closely with supplier to identify trends and provide advise to ensure full capability from 3rd party Soft and Hard FM

Ensure detailed, accurate and timely KPI's are cascaded to key stakeholders / decision makers to improve operational and system performance and drive cost efficiencies throughout business activities within the division / function by highlighting trends and best practice

Responsible for the suite of reports including the design, implementation, management and continuous development

To succeed in this role the successful candidate must be confident to work alone when executing analysis but also comfortable working as part of a team to support the overall supply chain delivery. The individual must also be flexible in their approach to meet the needs of the business on a day-to-day basis as priorities can quickly change.

Skillset

The successful candidate must be competent to an advanced level in MS Excel whilst having a solid understanding of MS Word; and PowerPoint to deliver analytical findings.

Along with this, the successful candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills; they will be highly collaborative and able to work as peers with a team consisting of internal and external colleagues.

You should have a good understanding of a supply chain framework and its delivery across a multi-site business.

It is desirable that candidates have worked in Facilities Management previously, however not essential.
