Improvement Manager

 Improvement Manager, Swindon, Wiltshire 

C&D are working in partnership with a global organisation to recruit for an Improvement Manager. Due to continued growth, this is a new permanent role created and based in Swindon.

The Improvement Manager will review and produce reporting on all hard services estate trends. Analysing activity across the estate, looking at ways that improvements can be made in a variety of ways including changes in servicing regimes and new products. A developing role in "The internet of Things" to drive customer experience, adding value and driving cost efficiencies.

Duties will include;

  • Co-ordination and production of reports, plans and procedures
  • Development of 'The internet of things'
  • Production of business cases to assist the Estates Technical Manager
  • Providing the client with relevant processes, information and knowledge to assist them in making informed decisions

Essential Experience & Skills;

  • Minimum basic qualification in a Hard FM discipline
  • Working knowledge of SFG20 / Uniclass working practices
  • Previous experience of Hard FM operations
  • Flexibility and adaptability in designing, developing and documenting business processes

This role is based in Swindon and will require some travel to client sites. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.
