HR Generalist – Part Time (flexible on days/hours)

Reporting into the HR Manager, your role would be diverse with scope to develop and offer career development internally. The company offer a supportive team environment with generous company benefits and free car parking on site and this role would also consider candidates who wish to step up from a HR Advisor role

Your new role

The role of the HR Generalist will be varied, covering the entire employee life cycle. Duties will include writing contracts, dealing with new starters and leavers, changes to salary, recruitment, inductions, employee relations, employee engagement, reward and benefits and performance management. As you can see the role is extremely varied and will be a perfect opportunity for an HR Advisor to grow and develop.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous HR Advisory experience and ideally level 5 CIPD, strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work using your own initiative.
