HR and Business Manager – Swindon – up to £30,000 p/a plus company benefits

C&D have an exciting opportunity available as a HR and Business Manager based in Swindon who will be responsible for supporting all departments, from a HR and Business perspective. Ensuring the smooth running of the business and its internal management operations.

HR Support responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training and developing staff
  • Induction for new starters and training programmes with team managers
  • Monitoring staff performance, appraisals and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees one employment policies and procedures within the business
  • Provide monthly report to the board on recruitment, retention, sickness, holidays and other KPI’s

Business Management responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and organising management/board meetings and travel
  • Organising company events, training and conferences
  • Company inventory management of IT, stationery, furniture etc
  • Managing and reporting office budgets
