C&D are recruiting in partnership with a manufacturing company to recruit for a HR Administrator in Bristol. This is a permanent and full-time role, working to provide an administration service for the HR function.

Duties include;

  • Sending out contracts
  • Filing
  • Creating forms to support policies and practices
  • Writing the standard work to support policies and practices
  • Updating the staff database and personnel files
  • Arranging training courses
  • Providing administrative support for the HR budget
  • Providing references
  • Management of the HR diary / calendar

This role will require you to be very process driven and comfortable with setting up processes and systems to ensure HR is transparent and systematic.

Applicants will need to have;

  • Experience of HR
  • Experience of payroll is desirable
  • understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of the role
  • Solid user of Microsoft Office products

Standard working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
