This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and General Maintenance duties in line with the business demands.

We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Manager to develop and manage the Guest Services team and to deliver an exceptional guest experience to all our guests.

Record keeping and Maintenance must be carried out diligently.

Your daily duties could range between and include any of the following:

  • Checking in customers
  • Cash Handling
  • Emergency call outs
  • General painting
  • Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Health & Safety Checks
  • Key Handling
