Graduate Personal Assistant

Type: 2 vacancies: 1 x 12 months FTC and 1 x permanent position

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum

Locations: Chippenham, Wiltshire

Full- time – Monday to Friday

Role Purpose:  You will support two of our key Directors to manage diary commitments and provide operational support across a large number of tasks and initiatives within two of our key functions.  

Accountabilities:

Supporting our Directors in

  • Overseeing and assisting in managing day-to-day operations and long-term projects.
  • Managing communication and information flow to/from the individuals
  • Coordinate a complex schedule, travel, and logistics
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep track of each detail, while keeping the "big picture" in mind
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, liaise with advisers, clients and suppliers.
  • Effective internal and external communication and collaboration with all stakeholder groups
  • Collate multiple sources of information in a compelling way and cascade to key stakeholders
  • Advance planning and proactivity in scheduling and completing tasks
  • Advocate the Company culture and role modelling of mindset and behaviours which align with it
  • The development of functional capabilities, systems and skills expertise
  • Manage business risk relevant to the role

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Time management skills. Able to manage a varied and demanding workload; experience of successfully managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also Access).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to plan, implement and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Desirable

  • Proven PA experience (supporting Directors); organized and efficient.
