C&D are working in partnership with a Swindon based technology company to recruit for a Facilities Manager to join an established Facilities team for a permanent opportunity working full-time. This is a newly created role and requires a person with good experience and qualifications in Facilities. The purpose of this role is to ensure the provision of a comprehensive day-to-day facilities service to ensure that premises are accessible and usable by all to support all company requirements and deliver an excellent experience for the user.

Key Responsibilities to include;

  • Manage the delivery of facilities management services, contracts and projects and ensure all operational tasks are carried out in compliance with all current regulatory requirements and set service level agreements
  • Manage the implementation of plans for the use of the space and assets, keeping all registers up to date
  • Manage the operational budget against set targets
  • Operational management of multiple offices including management and development of the Facilities team
  • Ensure Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are in place in all sites to ensure the Group is compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations

Education & Qualifications Required;

  • BIFM Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths & English at Grade C or above
  • BIFM membership and IOSH or NEBOSH qualification

Experience Required;

  • Significant experience of hands-on management of facilities services in multiple locations in a similar environment
  • Proven experience of line management of small teams
  • Proven experience of improving customer and user experience through the provision of facilities
  • Proven experience of managing and tracking budgets
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft apps, facilities software & AV equipment

Regular travel to other sites is required so you will need to hold a full UK driving licence. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9.15am to 5.15pm. The company offers free parking as part of an excellent benefit package.
