C&D Group proudly working in Partnership with Nationwide Building Society.  We have a new and exciting opportunity for Digital Consultants. 

Digital Consultants x 6

£8.79 per hour

12 month position starting ASAP

Based at Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon


As a Digital Consultant you will be responding to members who contact Nationwide via BBM (secure messages) Email, Webchat & Social Media

Your responsibilities will include :-

  • Responding to members that contact Nationwide via BBM (secure messages) covering Banking, Savings, Mortgages, Personal Loans and any technical related queries
  • Responding to all tweets as well as Facebook messages
  • Occasionally taking inbound calls from customers as well as internally within Nationwide

We are looking for candidates with

  • Previous customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions clearly
  • Confident
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good IT skills

Working 5 days out of 7, including a Saturday & Sunday on a rota basis

You must be able to work a 7 hour shift between the hours of 8am – 8pm

This is a 12 month temporary position to start ASAP
