C&D Group is working with a global telecommunications company to recruit for a Customer Services Representative, to work at their offices in Swindon.

The main objective of the role will be to generate quotations and process Works Orders. There will be assigned customer accounts to be managed where you will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, support, and technical advice.

Applicants must be able to understand their customer's needs and be able to prioritise their workload, whilst delivering a high standard of service. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers will also be important in this role.

Applicants must possess the following;

* Previous administration experience
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Sales or Projects background an advantage
* PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Email
* Confident to communicate at all levels - both internal & external
