Be a PPI Customer Service Advisor in Northampton at the UK's leading building society, Nationwide Building Society.
Role Overview:
Our PPI Customer Service Advisors take calls from customers and 3rd parties who are looking for information on the progress of a PPI complaint or an enquiry as to whether PPI was in place.
Advisors then validate customers, access a number of systems, investigate the enquiry and clearly relay the accurate information to the caller.
The role includes data entry and assisting customers with the completion of PPI enquiry forms and is suitable for people who communicate well on the phone, are computer literate and have good customer service experience.
