Customer Service Team Manager – Swindon – up to £35,000 per annum plus company benefits

C&D work in partnership with a globally operation organisation who require a Customer Service Team Manager based in their Swindon offices.

You will be responsible for efficiently running the day to day allocated operations of the customer service team, ensuring the highest quality standards, compliance requirements and team value is always adhered to.

Being a strong role model and team player, you must be capable of gaining trust and support of the team. With this, you will implement short to long term business plans, objectives and KPI’s to minor success and suggest improvements/innovations. In addition to this, you will be expected to produce and report management information.

In order to secure the Customer Service Team Manager position, you must be able to demonstrate the following competencies;

Hours will operate throughout the weekdays, however the customer service as a whole does operation 24/7 therefore you should be prepared to operate outside these hours if needs be.
