Customer Service Team Manager – Swindon – up to £30,000 per annum plus company benefits

As the Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and performance managing the team to exceed targets. You will motivate and coach them, adding value and using continuous improvement methods to increase productivity and efficiency.
