C&D are working in partnership with a leading provider of fleet management solutions to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader. This is a permanent opportunity due to an internal restructuring and is based in Newbury.
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be managing a team of seven direct reports. Your role will be to deliver a level of service that meets and exceeds the customer's service levels and expectations. You will take responsibility for the day to day relationship from delivery to end-of-contract with your customers, whilst supporting the business objectives of strengthening customer loyalty and increasing profitability and volume of sales where possible.
Communication skills are of the highest importance. This role will see you work with Line Managers, your own team and also other operational team members. Externally, you will work with Associates, Customers, and Suppliers.
Duties will include;
  • Working with internal departments to resolve queries relating to areas of responsibility for customers
  • Ensuring all requests are logged and managed through agreed systems
  • Manage Quote and Order process for customers
  • Send manual and E-sign agreements and ensure the orders are received back
  • Ensure all orders are sent to purchasing and any pass backs are managed in a timely manner
  • Ad Hoc Reporting
  • Managing renewal processes
  • Ensure all complaints are logged and managed in accordance with procedures and FCA requirements
  • Team monthly 121's
  • Team appraisals
The ideal candidate will be a proven Team Leader with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and ensure workloads are managed and dealt with efficiently within the team. A confident communicator with Customers, Colleagues and Senior Management, you will remain professional and resilient at all times.
