C&D are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join one of the UK’s most recognised and successful retailers, WHSmith based in Swindon to help cover their busy period over Christmas.

  • Customer Service Advisors
  • This is a temporary position to start from the 5th November until the end of March 2019
  • £8 per hour
  • Working Monday to Friday, shifts will vary between - 9am-3pm, 10am-4pm & 11am-5pm / weekend cover when needed, so the ideal candidate needs to be flexible for cover 

As a customer service representative, you will be based at WHSmith’s head office in Swindon, working with their customer service department. 

Overview of the role

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with queries via the telephone and email, this will include tracking orders for customers
  • Providing an efficient service to all customers
  • Processing information (some confidential) on to data systems
  • Ensuring a high attention to detail to all times

We are looking for candidate with the following skills and experience

  • Previous customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team but also be able to use your own initiative
  • A passion to provide excellent customer service
  • PC literate
