Customer Service Delivery Manager – Swindon – up to £35,000 p/a plus company benefits

C&D work in partnership with one of the UK’s fastest growing fashion companies, who are taking the market by storm!

They now require a Customer Service Delivery Manager to join the dynamic team and be a part of something unique.

Your team and you will ensure that all customers are provided with the most optimum experience and at the agreed level of delivery performance.

You will input overall design and implementation of customer accounts, ensuring efficient communication and enabling the team to deliver against the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

You will be involved in review processes, designing and implementing action plans, planning for peak and seasonal changes whilst always supporting the team on a day to day basis.

If you have previous experience within a Customer Service Management position within a fast moving business, this could be a great opportunity for you!

In addition to this, you must be a resilient individual, organised and strongly structed.

If you have experience within logistical/distribution environments, that would be a big advantage.
