Customer Service Coordinators – Swindon – up to £20,000

C&D are searching for Customer Service Coordinators for a global distribution organisation in Swindon. You will be based within a Warehouse environment, supporting the team in the operation.

As a Customer Service Coordiantor, you will be interacting with customers, dealing with any queries in an efficient, professional and polite manner. You must Build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately. You will work directly with other departments of the business to ensure an overall smooth process.

The ideal Customer Service Coordinator will have experience of relationship building, a good eye for detail and understand the importance of providing an excellent customer service.  You must have previous experience of using Microsoft Applications as well as Microsoft Outlook.


Additionally, the following points would also be ideal:

 

  • Ability to multitask
  • Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Accurately captures customer information
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Good Communication/Listening skills

Candidates are required to be flexible with working times as there may be a need to work various shifts.
