We are currently recruiting 7 x Customer Service Consultants, working for Nationwide Building Society, based in Dunfermline.

  • 12 month contract starting 20th May 2019
  • £9.00 per hour
  • Working 35 hours per week, you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 which will include either a Saturday or Sunday on a rota basis.  Working a 7 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 8pm

Overview of the Role

  • As a Service Consultant you will be responsible for speaking to Nationwide customers over the telephone. Which requires an exceptional level of customer service skills and experience, as you will be helping them manage their finances
  • Dealing with all queries relating to current accounts, including change of details, queries on accounts, payment details as well as dealing with any issues or complaints
  • Making sure you do the right thing for the customers is paramount to Nationwide’s success

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service skills and experience (including retail experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both face to face as well as over the telephone
  • Highly motivated with the ability to build rapports with customers
  • Confident, demonstrate a passion for customer service & providing the best outcome for the customer
