C&D Group Ltd, acting as an employment business, are recruiting on behalf of our rapidly growing Logistics & Fulfillment client based in Reading. 

We are looking for a candidate to join the Customer Care Team to be responsible for the management of order and product enquiries from our clients new customer specialising in Ladies Fashion.

Responsibilities will include:
• Manage all incoming calls and emails from end customers
• Manage ‘Live Chat’ responses in timely fashion
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and 
alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Liaising with Warehousing team to check products
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer data
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


• Proven customer support experience with fashion background an 
• Experience with Live Chat interfaces
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation
• 2nd European language an advantage but not a necessity
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training will be provided)
 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: £18,000 - £20,000, PA
Contract: 12 week temp to perm
