You will be responsible for making sure the company stay complaint, while helping the team and company achieve business targets.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:    

  • Delivering exceptional customer service ensuring each interaction provides a customer experience that focuses on fulfilling the customer's needs, and builds trust and value with them
  • Contacting customers that haven’t provided meter readings for a long period of time.
  • Collect outstanding balances from customers and negotiating payment plans that repay any debts whilst considering the customer’s needs
  • Be confident in contacting customers both by phone and in writing primarily by telephone, resolving queries and preventing unnecessary future contact from the customer where possible
  • Resolve metering issues that prevent our agents being able to obtain reads from visits or that stop readings from being validated within the industry
