We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client; Nationwide Building Society who are looking for individuals to join them in their ISA Team, in the role of Customer Service Advisor.

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to use various systems to manage several queries. These queries will be based on opening, closing & transferring accounts dependant on the customer needs. On occasion, you will also be required to make outbound calls calling customers & 3rd party providers. There is an element of data processing & ad-hoc administration tasks required for this role.
This business area consists of around 150 people who are responsible for all savings accounts & ISA's. This includes opening, closing & transferring accounts.

The ideal candidate

  • Will be adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  • Will be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Packages
  • Will have a confident telephone manner with clear communication skills
  • Will have strong attention to detail
  • Will be highly Customer focused
  • Will be confident with the ability to work in a team
  • Will be trustworthy and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Previous customer service experience is desired
