C&D Group, acting as an employment business, are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for a well-established and growing client based in Alton on a long term temporary basis.
 

The role:

  • Dealing with and resolving all queries
  • Inputting data and logging all data onto the system
  • Handling all inbound calls
  • Supporting clients with all queries and resolving any problems that may occur
  • Speaking and assisting with 3rd party companies
  • Administration duties
     

The person:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills with an exceptional telephone manner
  • Must be able to demonstrate a desire to exceed customer expectations 
  • Must have strong time management skills 
  • Must possess a strong desire to succeed
  • Must be empathetic and have good understanding skills
  • Must have excellent PC skills

Hours & pay: 

  • Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1730
  • Pay – 14k - 18k per annum depending on experience
