C&D Group working in Partnership with Nationwide Building Society, have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor, based at Nationwide Moulton Park, Northampton.

Temporary position for 6 months to start ASAP

£8.45 per hour

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include :-

  • Sorting incoming paperwork, into the relevant system queues
  • Making decisions
  • Verifying signatures and checking customer authorities to deal with third parties are valid
  • Contacting customers
  • Entering information onto a database
  • Producing letters  

Although this is a customer service role, there is also a number of administration tasks. You must have previous customer service and administration skills and experience, team player and a good attention to detail.
