C&D are working in partnership with a fast-growing company in Chippenham to recruit Customer Advisors. The roles will be to work full-time for a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of the Customer Services team. The team has a responsibility to provide administrative support to the Operations teams, resolving any queries causing an issue for the customer on their journey.
This is a varied role that may see you undertake a number of diverse tasks that may change on a daily basis. Working to deadlines and targets for completion, you will be expected to achieve these whilst working with a high level of co-operation, communication and contribution to the overall team performance.
Key responsibilities include;
- Processing web sign ups
- Processing readings received from customers
- Proactively making outbound calls to resolve customer queries
Skills and Experience required;
- Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- IT literate and confident to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy and literacy
