C&D are working in partnership with a fast-growing company in Chippenham to recruit Customer Advisors. The roles will be to work full-time for a 12-month fixed term contract. Working for a company who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that is committed to making a difference. 

As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of the Customer Services team. The team has a responsibility to provide administrative support to the Operations teams, resolving any queries causing an issue for the customer on their journey. 

This is a varied role that may see you undertake a number of diverse tasks that may change on a daily basis. Working to deadlines and targets for completion, you will be expected to achieve these whilst working with a high level of co-operation, communication and contribution to the overall team performance.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Processing web sign ups
  • Processing readings received from customers
  • Proactively making outbound calls to resolve customer queries

Skills and Experience required;

  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • IT literate and confident to learn new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy
