Customer Care Advisor

Full Time and Part Time hours available (Part Time = Evenings 16.00 – 20.00 and every other Saturday morning 08.00 – 13.00

Salary: £18,300 + excellent benefits

About the role

Working within our call centre, Customer Care Advisors are the first point of call for all new and existing customer enquiries. You’ll be supporting our customers’ queries over the phone, by email, social media and even by letter too. Working as part of a dynamic team, your role will be to handle account enquiries, resolving issues whilst promoting our products and services.

About you

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced customer facing environment (face to face and/or telephone)
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and navigate IT systems effectively
  • A completer finisher– able to fully explain and resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and use own initiative in order to provide great customer service
  • Proactive and self-driven, taking pride in own performance


Full Time Hours: Our call centre operate a 4 shift pattern (Early shift, Early Mid, Mid shift and Late shift) core hours are worked Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm and 8am-1pm on a Saturday. Advisors are only required to work one Saturday out of four, each advisor works a 37.5 hour week.

Part Time Hours: Mon-Fri 16.00 – 20.00 and every other Saturday morning 08.00 – 13.00, 20 hours per week.
