Customer Care Advisor Vacancy

Make a difference - Be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers' enquiries. Using your well-developed Customer Service Skills, you will support our customers’ queries by phone, email and on social media.   Be part of and work within a supportive team to handle account enquiries, resolve queries and promoting client products and services.
Salary: £18,300 + excellent benefits

About you
  • Experience of working in a busy customer service department
  • Able to problem solve
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Computer savvy and a fast learner
  • Take ownership of and finish tasks.

Full-Time Hours: The customer service desk runs a 4 shift pattern (Early shift, Early Mid, Mid shift and Late shift) core hours are worked Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm and 8am-1pm on a Saturday. Advisors are only required to work one Saturday out of four, each advisor works a 37.5 hour week.
Part Time Hours: Mon-Fri 16.00 – 20.00 and every other Saturday morning 08.00 – 13.00, 20 hours per week.
