Customer Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client; Nationwide Building Society who are looking for two individuals to join them in the position of Customer Administrator. Your main duty in this role, will be keying payments on the system. A customer will fill out a form online and you will go onto the system and key the information. Your work will be printed off daily and you will be cross referencing information from the system. Once you have been fully trained there is potential to answer phone calls from customers, however predominately this role is admin based.

  • Will have excellent written communication skills
  • Will have strong verbal communication skills
  • Will he a hardworking individual who is confident to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Will have experience and strong skills in administration
  • Will have strong data entry skills


This is a temporary 12- week contract, working 09:00-17:00 with the potential to work on a shift pattern. You will be working Monday-Friday and earning £8.45 per hour.
