We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client; Nationwide Building Society who are looking for 3x Customer Administrators to work in their busy and fast paced, Visa Disputes team.

This is a great opportunity to work for the Worlds Largest Building Society, on a 12 week contract working M – F 0900 - 1700 earning £8.45 p/h in their West Swindon site, Optimus House, Windmill Hill Business Park.

We are looking for hardworking and confident individuals who have customer service experience (retail, hospitality, office).

You will be contacted by customers querying a transaction which they do not recognise paid for via their debit card. The job will be to investigate these cases whilst giving the most fairest and best customer outcome whilst abiding by Visa rules and regulations.   

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a strong eye to detail and the willingness to learn and develop further investigational skills.
