C&D are working in partnership with a global organisation to recruit for a Contract Administrator. Ideally seeking candidates from a buildings facility management background, this is a permanent role to support the team across all areas of the business. 

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Gathering information on monthly KPI’s for each FM Supplier
  • Liaise with team on monthly KPI deadlines
  • Track and chase actions from meetings through to completion
  • Complete amendments and adjustments to project service solutions
  • Work with management team in the collation of regular and ad hoc reporting

Qualifications & Experience required;

  • Effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to produce accurate and timely reports
  • Good Word and Outlook skills
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and SharePoint
  • Minute taking skills
  • Experienced with technical and administrative document control procedures

Based in Swindon, this is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.
