Contact Centre Assistant Team Manager – Swindon – up to £30,000 per annum plus company benefits

C&D work in partnership with a globally operation organisation who require a Contact Centre Assistant Team Manager based in their Swindon offices.

You will be responsible for efficiently running the day to day allocated operations of the customer service team, ensuring the highest quality standards, compliance requirements and team value is always adhered to.

You will lead your team ensuring that targets are met whilst ensuring company policies are always adhered too. You will work with your team to get the best out of them, coaching and motivating them, measuring performance metrics and implementing processes to increase productivity.

In order to secure this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following competencies;

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO UNDERGO A HIGH LEVEL OF SECURITY CHECKING.

Hours will operate throughout the weekdays and weekends, between 0700 – 1900.

Flexibility is required to meet business needs.
