Commercial Services Call Handler is the forefront of our operations and you will have excellent communication skills and customer service at the heart of every action.

We are currently recruiting a Call Handler, who will work in our Commercial Services department taking calls from the public, but also other healthcare professionals, emergency services and community organisations.

Commercial services make a positive impact on patient care, both directly and indirectly. All of the income we generate is re-invested to support our frontline ambulance services. Operating from Norwich, Norfolk we offer a wide range of services to an ever-growing and diverse customer base ranging from GP surgeries to Veterinary practices. Our customers tell us that they are extremely satisfied with our services and we strive to offer bespoke solutions to their needs.

The successful Call handler will have English and Maths at GCSE Level grade C or above and be literate to Trust tested level. We are seeking professional team players with good keyboard skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have at least 6 months in a role dealing with the general public either face to face or via telephone with excellent verbal communication skills.

Please note - Hours include weekends and late shifts, enhanced pay is applicable, following successful completion of the training
