**Call Centre Team Leader** *Salary Up to £25,000 + Bonus* This locally based corporate company now has an opportunity for a dynamic Call Centre Team Leader. The role would be to lead a demanding campaign and lead a team of customer service/ sales  representatives and motivate and develop them to hit their individual targets and expected performance standards. 

You will also ensure that each customer service agent provides an excellent customer experience to external customers both new and existing. 

We are looking for a Call Centre Team Leader who would be able to work to the following objectives of the role: 

  • To deliver dynamic results through the leadership of teams, building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders 
  • Achieve profitable growth by leading the way in innovative working practices and ideas and additional project work when directed 
  • Manage team to achieve operational performance targets including staff absence and sickness 
  • Manage team to deliver agreed quality standards in line with company protocol 


The Call Centre Team Leader role requires the following qualification/experience: - 

Previous leadership experience in a contact centre environment - Previous experience working within a targeted environment and ability to demonstrate achievements to target.
