The C&D Group are working in partnership with a Swindon based company to recruit for a Business Change Analyst. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Head of Business Change.

The purpose of this role is to work with a team to identify, shape and deliver transformation and business change programmes to support the strategic direction of the organisation. The role will see you support the development of sustainable change and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Partner with business units and project teams across the organisation to identify areas of significant risk or opportunity for change;
  • Lead and support business units and project teams to drive improvement and changes in ways of working, process, culture and technology-enabled activities;
  • Develop, assess and document business requirements, including the "as is" and "to be" situation, and mapping and challenging current processes and ways of working;
  • Facilitate and encourage integrated working
  • Work closely with business users (including senior managers) on ideas, business cases, feasibility studies and vendor selection, making recommendations and obtaining necessary agreement for process and system improvements;
  • Conduct change impact and risk assessments

Person Specification;

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or Certified ScrumMaster
  • Proven experience of project management
  • Proven experience of working with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven experience of working with business analyst methodologies
  • Commercially aware - experienced in running projects with both internal and external suppliers
  • Proven experience of effectively embedding sustainable change into organisations
  • Negotiator - both internally and externally - able to negotiate deals and savings with a range of suppliers, partners and colleagues
  • Strong IT literacy
  • High degree of English literacy
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
